Meet our Founder

Portia Moore CEO/FOUNDER

Transitional Reentry Adult Program (T.R.A.P.) was founded by Portia Moore. Her passion was to build a program for those with criminal justice impacted  and at- risk who lack Professional and Skill Development. She aims to rewrite the "Second- Chance" stigma by providing Mentorship, Basic Computer Training, Interview Preparation, Financial Coaching, and Job placement assistance. Her motto is “Reducing Recidivism Requires Relatability“

Our comprehensive Reentry Program is here to guide and support you every step of the way. With three phases spanning up to 12 months, we offer a life-changing journey towards personal and professional growth.

Mission is dedicated to reducing barriers for justice-impacted individuals and at-risk through workforce development, education, mentorship, and supportive services that promote economic mobility and community stability. We foster violence prevention, rehabilitation, leadership, community unity, and pathways to long-term success.
